[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b3 released

Rats. I had hoped that was a side effect of the other bug. Ah well, at  
least it's "only" an exception. I can't replicate it easily (at least  
on XP, I'll try Vista). Is it reproducible on your system?

What size screen are you using?
