[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b1 released

APv2beta1 looks OK at the moment from here. Looks stable.

What does everyone consider the ongoing problems to be sorted?

I believe the functionality looks good and I welcome the change from alpha
to beta, however, the performance of the graphics is my biggest ongoing
issue. It does not matter what machine I try APv2 on, the graphical redraws
and flicking is a problem and I think needs further attention.

Is this a Windows only problem?
