[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0a36 released

[RPEHLM]

Tried that with a35, no change with either a35 or a36.  Looks like we 
may be looking at two different (or closely related) issues.  Rebuilding 
my Resources file is looking promising; no crashes yet.
