[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0a36 released

Hi Jeff,

I'm also getting a crash with a36 (WinXP-Pro SP3).  But since a35 was 
crashing anyway I don't know if this is a new issue or merely a 
continuation of the a35 issue.  My current hypothysis is that my 
Resource file is somehow corrupted.  The Horizon graphic for my default 
site is not displayed and any attempt to edit causes a crash to desktop.
