[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0a36 released

I can't get this version to do much of anything.  If I run it from the Start menu, it creates an untitled document and then asks me to save it.  But clicking on pretty much anything then crashes (no Exception dialog).

If I double-click on a converted plan in Windows Explorer, it also crashes. It puts up the Exception dialog, but everything is locked up so I can't submit it.  The error log contains:
