[APBeta] V2.0a2 available

Close Plan function closes AP. Causes license and Setup Wizard to initiate
on load AP next time.

Work Around*
None

Astroplanner v2 is a lot faster than v1.6, bit I do not have my 3000
observation log installed. Interesting will be the large Plan speed. ie 800+
Objects.

More thoughts later.
