[APBeta] Suggestion for a cosmetic change in the menus

Yes, this has been worrying me too. I'll probably be doing away with  
some of the semi-useless stuff in that menu anyway, but since the DSS  
stuff is frequently accessed, it might warrant a menu of its own.  
Especially since my screen size minimum has gone from 800 pixels to  
1024 pixels.
