[APBeta] V1 to V2 Convertor V1.0b2

Paul,

Preliminary testing finds no glaring errors. Further testing to be done.

APDs load and Resources are intact from v1.6.

I take it there is no observation log import available as yet?

One comment...I had to load the program twice on start up. Then I found a
converter process already in the Task Manager. There maybe a small issue
with the loading of the converter.
