Paul --

A "true" SDI app just moves Close to the bottom of the menu and has not
Quit or Exit.

Most apps aren't true SDI, though, and still use Exit.  (Acrobat/Reader
is true SDI when hosted in an Explorer or IE window, but not when run
stand-alone.)
