[APBeta] Reproducible list columns exception

I think I've finally got a reproducible case of the list columns crash.
If you open the attached plan and hide one of the columns you should get
an exception.  (Oddly, it will save the plan before going down, so I'm
not entirely sure it will be 100% reproducible, but each additional
column I've hidden has produced the crash).
