[APBeta] DSS index file rebuild

Paul --

So I should be able to point V2 to my existing V1 image cache and have
it re-index, right? It doesn't seem to work for me. I'm on Windows XP,
my existing cache is at:

C:\Documents and Settings\jey\My Documents\Astronomy\AstroPlanner\DSS
Image Cache

When I go into Preferences and set the path, it correctly shows this
path after the text "Main:". However, if I hit the "Set" button again,
it defaults the path to "C:\Documents and Settings\jey". (Perhaps it's
supposed to do that, in which case that part is unreleated.)

But I don't get any DSS images, "Display DSS/User Images" is grayed out
in the Object menu, and if I open the DSS Cache Manager it shows no
entries. (Nor does it if I Reset it, which returns almost immediately.)

Am I doing something wrong?
