[APBeta] V1 to V2 Convertor V1.0b3

V1.0b3 of the V1 to V2 convertor app is available on the beta page:

This should be better at finding V1 items in non-default locations. In  
particular, the Observation Database.

This app converts, copies and/or moves V1 databases, plan documents,  
etc. so that those documents and databases are usable by V2.

Note:

a. This app does not come with an installer.
b. The app must be launched from the same folder as your V1.x  
application. If it isn't you'll get a warning message, and the app  
will be largely useless.
c. Operation is (largely) self-evident. I hope.
