I tried the shift thing again, and got the same result: - reset settings dialog, click just reset - splash screen appears briefly - EULA dialog, click accept - splash screen appears briefly Then it's gone -- no log file on desktop, no further activity (00% CPU, no I/O reads) until I kill it. --mark
