I'm not quite with you here. If you want to know where V2 is keeping  
its files, select "Where's My Stuff..." from the Help menu.

If you want to use the same catalogues as your V1.6.1 application is  
using, then go to File->Catalogue Manager->Preferences and use the  
"Alternate Catalogue Folders" feature to point to your V1.6.1  
Catalogues folder.

If you want to use the DSS images from your V1.6.1 app, then use  
Object->DSS Cache Manager->Preferences and set the cache location to  
point at the DSS Image Cache folder in the V1.6.1 folder.
