[APBeta] I cannot delete Observations

Hi Dieter,

 

Did you log this using the 'Report a Bug.' feature in the Help menu?  Doing
so helps Paul keep track of reported issues.  I will try and replicate this
issue on my system as well.

Observations tab:

1. I would like to delete the date of one of Observation of 7-3-2008 entered
wrongly, however, this isn't possible. Although the window appears with the
query "Really delete Observation 03.07.2008 ..." and I confirm this with
YES. But the date doesn't disappear. 

2. I cannot make a second Observation to the same object. It doesn't work.
