[APBeta] DSS caches Images

Hi Paul,

In version 17 the "Download and Cache" of images does not work to me. 
The Download process seems that it does well, but does not download no 
image.

In the sub folder:

/"D:\Documents and Settings\Jose\Datos de 
programa\AstroPlanner\Caches\DSS Image Cache"/

I  only have this files:

    * DSS Index V2
    * Read Me

I send a capture to you of the program of when the download finalizes.
