[APBeta] How do I move a plan document?

I tried moving my plan documents out of the folder the V1 -> V2 converter tool created, but next time I launch I get the missing plans dialog but instead of the plan names just long strings of numbers and letters -- so I can't match them up to the moved plans.

I assume Save As will leave the global observations pointing to the original version, so that probably doesn't work either....
