[APBeta] Is this the intended dmg behavior?

I never saw the window you show below.  After the download completed, I was
prompted to accept the license, and then the Finder opened to the
Downloads->Astroplanner folder, which contained astroplanner.app and the
shortcut to the Applications folder.
