[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b11 released

I've got 5 or 6 plans open, and I can't make it go down.  Used to be letting it sit idle and switching between it and other apps a lot would always produce a crash, but no dice on this latest one.

(I did get it to redraw the rise/transit/set graphic wrong once after resizing a window, but that's pretty minor.)

In fact, I think I might even run the V1 -> V2 conversion tools again and switch over for "real"....
