[APBeta] AstroPlanner V2.0b8 released

Got another stability crash.  Had AstroPlanner running with one document open (and lots of other apps).  I opened another plan, which drew first partly in the background (ie: behind some other app windows), and then started to redraw in the foreground, and then crashed.
