[APBeta] DSS image overlays

Paul,

I think the menus for DSS image overlays could be simplified. Since  
imagers are now resources, they could be listed under the "As per  
resources below" items. If you choose an eyepiece, imager could be  
grayed out, and if you choose an imager, eyepiece could be grayed out.  
That would leave the only choices as "As per resources below" and  
"Reticles".

I hope this is clear; if not, let me know and I can try again.
