[APBeta] Minor plan bug

Converted a plan.
Deleted 2 user-defined fields from the converted plan.
Tried to save the plan, but the "Save" menu item was grayed out. "Save All"
(I had 7 plans open at the time) and "Save As" were both available (though I
didn't try them,) but Save was not.
Closed the plan. App asked if I wanted to save the plan, I said yes, but
don't do it automatically. 
Re-opened the plan: Save appeared to work fine.
 
Why doesn't "Save" on the File menu work?
