However, looking at your screen shot, there seem to be several items  
missing from the dialog window. I wonder if you are not suffering from  
a resource limitation. How long had you been running AstroPlanner?  
i.e. had you been opening a lot of windows, etc.?

What happens if you launch AstroPlanner and do the DSS download first?  
Does it work then?
