I can make the 1 and 2 hour limits a user choice.

Actually, I don't think that tool creates sessions. The sessions are  
created the first time you run V2 (I think it determines that  
observations exist, but no sessions, and proceeds to create them. It  
does this based on the site/date/time settings in the original  
observation records.

Ah. Don't you just love border cases... I'll see about fixing that.
