[APBeta] Question about re-opening plan docs

If the application is started by double-clicking one or more plan  
documents, then what do you think should happen if the app was  
previously terminated (via File->Exit) with plan docs open?

a. Reopen the previously-open plan docs, AND the double-clicked  
documents, or

b. Do not re-open any previously-open documents (unless they are one  
of the double-clicked docs), but just open the double-clicked documents.
